     ဒုတိယ၀န္ႀကီးမွ ျပန္လည္ေဆြးေႏြးရာတြင္ ရန္ကုန္ၿမိဳ႕ရိွ အေဆာက္အဦေဟာင္းမ်ားကို သမိုင္း၀င္အေမြ အႏွစ္အျဖစ္ ထိန္းသိမ္းေစာင့္ေရွာက္သြားရန္ ေဆာင္ရြက္သြားမည့္အစီအစဥ္မ်ားကိုလည္းေကာင္း၊ အဆင့္ျမင့္ ဟိုတယ္ေဆာက္လုပ္ရန္ကိစၥႏွင့္ပတ္သက္၍ ရန္ကုန္တိုင္းေဒသႀကီး ၀န္ႀကီးခ်ဳပ္ႏွင့္ ၿမိဳ႕ေတာ္၀န္တို႕ထံ ေတြ႕ဆံု တင္ျပႏိုင္ရန္ကိစၥကိုလည္းေကာင္း ေဆြးေႏြးေျပာၾကားသည္။

          ၄င္းေနာက္ ဒုတိယ၀န္ႀကီးမွ ဆက္လက္ေဆြးေႏြးရာတြင္ ျမန္မာႏိုင္ငံ၏ ခရီးသြားအရင္းအျမစ္မ်ား အရ ကမၻာလွည့္ခရီးသြားလုပ္ငန္း ပိုမိုဖြံ႕ၿဖိဳးတိုးတက္လာမည္ျဖစ္ေၾကာင္း မိမိတို႕အေနျဖင့္ အခ်ိန္တို အတြင္း အလြန္ဖြံ႕ၿဖိဳးလာၿပီး (၄/၅)ႏွစ္အတြင္း ျပန္လည္က်ဆင္းသြားသည့္အျဖစ္မ်ိဳး မျဖစ္ေစလိုေၾကာင္း ဖြံ႕ၿဖိဳးမႈႏႈန္းကို ပံုမွန္တိုးတက္ေစလိုေၾကာင္း တာ၀န္သိသိျဖင့္ ေရရွည္ဖြံ႕ၿဖိဳးတိုးတက္ေသာ ခရီးသြား လုပ္ငန္းအျဖစ္ ဖြံ႕ၿဖိဳးေစလို ပါေၾကာင္း၊ ဤသို႕ ဖြံ႕ၿဖိဳးတိုးတက္ေရးအတြက္ တစ္ႏိုင္ငံလံုးအတိုင္းအတာျဖင့္ Tourism Master Plan ေရးဆြဲ ေဆာင္ရြက္ႏိုင္ေရး စီစဥ္ေနပါေၾကာင္း၊ ဂ်ပန္ႏိုင္ငံမွ All Nippon Airways (ANA)ကဲ့သို႕ တိုက္ရိုက္ေလေၾကာင္း လိုင္းမ်ား ေျပးဆြဲေပးေစလိုပါေၾကာင္း၊ ေရရွည္အတြက္ ခရီးသြားလုပ္ငန္းဆိုင္ရာ တကၠသိုလ္တစ္ခုထူေထာင္ေရးႏွင့္ ေလာေလာဆယ္တြင္ ဟိုတယ္ႏွင့္ခရီးသြား လုပ္ငန္း အသက္ေမြးသင္တန္းေက်ာင္းဖြင့္လွစ္ေရးအတြက္ ပံ့ပိုးေပးေစလိုပါေၾကာင္း၊ ျမန္မာႏိုင္ငံမွ နည္းျပမ်ားအတြက္ Tourism Training သင္တန္းမ်ားကို ဖြင့္လွစ္ပံ့ပိုး ကူညီေပးေစလိုပါေၾကာင္း ရင္းႏွီးပြင့္လင္းစြာ ေဆြးေႏြးခဲ့ ပါသည္။

    ေဆြးေႏြးပြဲသို႕ ျမန္မာ့ဟိုတယ္ႏွင့္ခရီးသြားလုပ္ငန္း အေထြေထြမန္ေနဂ်ာ ဦးသန္း၀င္းေမာင္ႏွင့္ ဌာန တာ၀န္ခံအရာရိွႀကီးမ်ား တက္ေရာက္ခဲ့ၾကေၾကာင္းသတင္းရရိွသည္။

          ဟိုတယ္ႏွင့္ခရီးသြားလာေရးလုပ္ငန္း၀န္ႀကီးဌာနမွ ႀကီးၾကပ္၍ ျမန္မာႏိုင္ငံစားေသာက္ဆိုင္ လုပ္ငန္းရွင္မ်ား အသင္း၏ ဦးေဆာင္မႈျဖင့္ ဖြင့္လွစ္ေသာ ဧည့္၀န္ေဆာင္မႈသင္တန္း အမွတ္စဥ္ (၄/၂၀၁၂) သင္တန္းဆင္းပြဲ အခမ္းအနားအား ယေန႕ နံနက္(၀၉း၀၀)နာရီအခ်ိန္ ေနျပည္ေတာ္၊ သေျပကုန္းေစ်း Golden Hill Restaurant ၌က်င္းပျပဳလုပ္ရာ ဟိုတယ္ႏွင့္ခရီးသြားလာေရးလုပ္ငန္း ၀န္ႀကီးဌာန ဒုတိယ၀န္ႀကီး ဦးေဌးေအာင္ တက္ေရာက္၍ သင္တန္းဆင္းအမွာစကားေျပာၾကားသည္။

          ဒုတိယ၀န္ႀကီးမွ  သင္တန္းဆင္းအမွာစကားေျပာၾကားရာတြင္ သင္တန္းသားမ်ားအေနျဖင့္ ယခု သင္တန္းမွ ပို႕ခ်ေပးေသာ ဘာသာရပ္အသီးသီးကို စာေတြ႕၊ လက္ေတြ႕ေလ့လာမွတ္သားၿပီးျဖစ္၍ မိမိ လုပ္ငန္းခြင္ ျပန္လည္ေရာက္ရိွသည့္အခါ စနစ္တက်ျဖင့္ ဧည့္သည္စားေသာက္သူမ်ားကို အေကာင္းဆံုး ၀န္ေဆာင္မႈေပးႏိုင္ေအာင္ ႀကိဳးစားေဆာင္ရြက္ေရး  မိမိ၏စားေသာက္ဆိုင္ကို ၀န္ေဆာင္မႈ အေကာင္း ဆံုးျဖစ္ေအာင္ လုပ္ေဆာင္ေပးျခင္းျဖင့္ မိမိဆိုင္၏ ဂုဏ္သိကၡာ၊ ႏိုင္ငံေတာ္၏ဂုဏ္သိကၡာ ကို ျမွင့္တင္ေဆာင္ရြက္သြားၾကရန္လိုအပ္ေၾကာင္း မွာၾကားခဲ့ပါ သည္။

      Union Minister for Hotels and Tourism and for Sports U Tint Hsan received Thai Ambassador to the Republic of the Union of Myanmar Mr. Pisanu Suvanajata at this office here this afternoon.

          In this discussion, the Thai Ambassador congratulated Myanmar to be a host country for the 27^th SEA Games-2013, adding that Thailand is a country that hosted SEA Games for three times and has experiences in that regard, it is ready to provide Myanmar with necessary helps such as training Myanmar athletes at Thai sports training schools.

          The Union Minister asked about scholarships for human resources development after speaking that preparations for successfully holdings the SEA Games and tasks for timely completion of sports grounds are being carried out.

          At the call were Deputy Minister U Htay Aung, head of the office and departmental heads were also present.

     ျပည္ေထာင္စု၀န္ႀကီးမွ ျပန္လည္ေဆြးေႏြးရာတြင္ (၂၇)ႀကိမ္ေျမာက္ အေရွ႕ေတာင္အာရွ အားကစား ၿပိဳင္ပြဲအား ျမန္မာႏိုင္ငံ၌ ၂၀၁၃ခုႏွစ္၊ ဒီဇင္ဘာလ(၁၁)ရက္ေန႕တြင္ က်င္းပရန္သတ္မွတ္ထားပါေၾကာင္း၊ အားကစားၿပိဳင္ပြဲ ေအာင္ျမင္စြာက်င္းပျပဳလုပ္ႏိုင္ေရးအတြက္ ႀကိဳတင္ျပင္ဆင္မႈမ်ား ျပဳလုပ္ေနပါ ေၾကာင္း၊ အားကစားၿပိဳင္ပြဲကြင္းမ်ား သတ္မွတ္ခ်ိန္အတြင္း အခ်ိန္မီၿပီးစီးေရးအတြက္ တြန္းအားေပးေဆာင္ရြက္ လ်က္ရိွပါေၾကာင္း၊ ျမန္မာအားကစားသမားမ်ား အေတြ႕အႀကံဳရိွေရးအတြက္ ျမွားပစ္အားကစားအဖြဲ႕ တစ္ဖြဲ႕ကို ၂၀၁၂ခုႏွစ္ လန္ဒန္အိုလံပစ္ၿပိဳင္ပြဲသို႕ ေစလႊတ္သြားရန္ အစီအစဥ္ရိွပါေၾကာင္း၊ လူသားအရင္း အျမစ္ဖြံ႕ၿဖိဳးတိုးတက္ေရးအတြက္ ပညာေတာ္သင္မ်ား ေစလႊတ္ေရးကိစၥမ်ားတြင္ အကူအညီေပးေစ လိုပါေၾကာင္း ရင္းႏွီးပြင့္လင္းစြာ ေဆြးေႏြးခဲ့သည္။

    ေတြ႕ဆံုပြဲသို႕ ဒုတိယ၀န္ႀကီး ဦးေဌးေအာင္၊ ဒုတိယညႊန္ၾကားေရးမွဴးခ်ဳပ္ (ရံုးအဖြဲ႕မွဴး)ႏွင့္ ဌာနဆိုင္ရာ တာ၀န္ခံအရာရိွႀကီးမ်ား တက္ေရာက္ၾကေၾကာင္း သတင္းရရိွသည္။

Coordination meeting (4/2012) of the committee for the facilitating the convenient entering for the foreign visitors held at the Jade Hall of the Ministry of Hotels and Tourism at (12:00) noon today.

Chairman of the committee, Union Minister for Hotels and Tourism and for Sports U Tint Hsan attended the meeting. Together with the Union Minister, Vice chairman of the committee, Deputy Ministry of Hotels and Tourism U Htay Aung, Secretary and members of the committee authorities from region and state governments. Chairmen from Myanmar Tourism Board, Myanmar Hotelier Association, Union of Myanmar Travel Association and Myanmar Marketing Committee, reporters from local news agencies and invited guests.

In the meeting, Chairman of the committee, Union Minister U Tint Hsan delivered the opening statement. In his statement Union Minister said Ministry of Hotels and Tourism has targeted to reach the 1.4 million visitors after completion the first five years national plan starting from 2011-12 to 2015-16. In this context, the ministry has laid down the four objectives for the systematic development of the tourism industry in Myanmar. Union Minister also said human resource development plays the major role in service sector like hotel and tourism. Under the auspices of Ministry of Hotels and Tourism, hotel receptionist course, housekeeping course, food and beverage service course and food and beverage production course are being conducted in hotel zones.

Customer service course for restaurants and tour guide (basic) course are also open in need of tourism and the local guide service are also encouraging.

Under the supervision of the Ministry of Hotels and Tourism and arrangement of the private training schools, the training courses were opened 17 times so far in region and states and continuity of the opening of the training has been carried out.

Regarding the development of the tourist destinations, projects are being implemented to facilitate the smooth entering of the foreign visitors in Bagan Zone, Yangon Zone, Mandalay Zone and Taunggyi Zone. Efforts are being made to provide the convenient transportation in reasonable prices and sufficient hotel rooms in proper appearance and higher service. Discovering the new tourist spots and maintaining the existing destinations are also being carried out.

Firstly, arrangements are being made to form the transportation group in which government and public are unify to improve the transportation for foreign visitors in Bagan. The similar groups will also be formed in Yangon, Taunggyi and Inle very soon. For seeking the smooth visitation of the tourists and to provide the necessary travel information and assistance, (12) tourist information counters were opened as first phase in Yangon International Airport and border gates and another (11) counters will be opened as second phase in near future.

Improvement of tourism in Nga Pa Li, Ngwe Saung, Chaung Tha and Mrauk U, cooperation are being made with ministry concerned to upgrade the airports, roads and to fulfill the electricity requirement. For the security matter, tourist police were formed by the assistance of Ministry of Home affairs. Billboard “Warmly Welcome and Take Care of Tourists” were erected in major tourist spots in regions and states.

Star grading tasks for hotels had initiated in June 2011 and now 242 hotels (13709 rooms) out of 744 hotels (25636 rooms) were standardized in star. The low grade hotels are being encouraged to transform the international standard hotel to operate in full capacity. According to the increase number of tourists, new hotel projects must be implemented as the number of hotels in major tourist spots are still need to extend.

To facilitate the smooth entering of the foreign visitors, E-visa system was commissioned by Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ministry of Home Affairs, Ministry of Communication, Post and Telegraph, Ministry of Immigration and Population and Ministry of Hotels and Tourism in cooperation with Myanmar Ease Net Co., Ltd.

Ministry of Hotels and Tourism has the permission from the President Office to initiate the E-visa system in step by step basis in tourist visa, business visa, social visa and other visa to scrutinize in advance for security measures.

The more investment receives from local and abroad, the more job opportunities can be grasped. So, uplift of rural development, poverty alleviation and national development can also be done. Union Minister urged all are need to actively participate in the process.

After that, vice chairman of the committee, Deputy Minister U Htay Aung discussed the ongoing tasks of the committee.

At the end of the meeting, Union Minister, Deputy Minister and Director General from Ministry of Immigration and population answered the queries raised by the reporters.

       ပထမဦးဆံုးအေနျဖင့္ ပုဂံေဒသတြင္ ႏိုင္ငံျခားသားဧည့္သည္မ်ား အဆင္ေျပေခ်ာေမြ႕စြာသြားလာ လည္ပတ္ႏိုင္ေစေရးအတြက္ ဌာနဆိုင္ရာႏွင့္ ပုဂၢလိကမ်ားပါ၀င္သည့္ အဖြဲ႕အစည္းပံုစံ (ကား၊ ျမင္းလွည္း၊ ေရယာဥ္) ပို႕ေဆာင္ေရးယာဥ္လိုင္းအျဖစ္ ဖြဲ႕စည္းထူေထာင္ရန္ စီစဥ္ေဆာင္ရြက္ လ်က္ရိွေၾကာင္း၊ ရန္ကုန္၊ ေတာင္ႀကီး၊ အင္းေလးတို႕ကိုလည္း ဆက္လက္ေဆာင္ရြက္ သြားမွာျဖစ္ၿပီး ႏိုင္ငံျခားသားခရီးသြားဧည့္သည္မ်ား အဆင္ေျပလြယ္ကူစြာ ၀င္ေရာက္ လည္ပတ္ႏိုင္ေစေရး လိုအပ္သည့္သတင္းအခ်က္အလက္မ်ား ပံ့ပိုးေပးရန္ႏွင့္ အခက္အခဲမ်ား ကူညီေျဖရွင္းေပးရန္၊ Tourist Information Counter မ်ားကို ဇုန္နယ္ေျမအပိုင္းလိုက္ခြဲ၍ ႏိုင္ငံ တကာေလဆိပ္မ်ားႏွင့္  နယ္စပ္၀င္ေပါက္မ်ားပါမက်န္ ပထမအဆင့္ အေနျဖင့္ Tourist Information Counter (၁၂)ခုကို ဖြင့္လွစ္ၿပီး၊ က်န္(၁၁)ခုကိုလည္း ထပ္မံတိုးခ်ဲ႕ ဖြင့္လွစ္ရန္ စီစဥ္ေဆာင္ရြက္လ်က္ရိွ ပါေၾကာင္း ေျပာၾကားသည္။

     ဆက္လက္၍ ျပည္ေထာင္စု၀န္ႀကီးက ေျပာၾကားရာတြင္ ငပလီ၊ ေငြေဆာင္၊ ေျမာက္ဦး၊ ေခ်ာင္းသာ ဟိုတယ္ဇုန္မ်ားအတြက္ ခရီးသြားလုပ္ငန္းတိုးတက္ေစရန္ လွ်ပ္စစ္မီးရရိွေရး၊ လမ္းမ်ားေကာင္း မြန္ေရး၊ ေလဆိပ္မ်ားအဆင့္ျမွင့္တင္ေရးတို႕ကို သက္ဆိုင္ရာ၀န္ႀကီးဌာနမ်ား၊ ျပည္နယ္/တိုင္းေဒသႀကီး အစိုးရအဖြဲ႕တို႕ႏွင့္ ညွိႏႈိင္းပူးေပါင္းေဆာင္ရြက္လ်က္ရိွပါေၾကာင္း၊ ႏိုင္ငံျခားသားမ်ားလံုၿခံဳေရးအတြက္ Tourist Police မ်ား ဖြဲ႕စည္းေဆာင္ရြက္ႏိုင္ေစေရးအတြက္ ျပည္ထဲေရး၀န္ႀကီးဌာနႏွင့္ ညိွႏႈိင္းေဆာင္ရြက္လ်က္ရိွၿပီး “ႏိုင္ငံျခားသား ခရီးသြားဧည့္သည္မ်ားကို ကူညီပါ”ဆိုင္းဘုတ္မ်ား ကိုလည္း ျပည္နယ္ႏွင့္တိုင္းေဒသႀကီးမ်ားရိွ ႏိုင္ငံျခားသားမ်ားသြားေရာက္ လည္ပတ္ေလ့ ရိွေသာ ေနရာေဒသမ်ားတြင္ စိုက္ထူထားၿပီးလည္းျဖစ္ပါ ေၾကာင္း။

    ဟိုတယ္မ်ားအဆင့္အတန္းျမင့္မားေရးအတြက္ ၾကယ္ပြင့္အဆင့္သတ္မွတ္ျခင္းကို ၂၀၁၁ ခုႏွစ္ ဇူလိုင္လမွစတင္၍ေဆာင္ရြက္ခဲ့ရာ ယခုအခါ၌ ျမန္မာႏိုင္ငံရိွ ဟိုတယ္(၇၄၄)လံုး၊ အခန္း (၂၅၆၃၆)ခန္း ရိွသည့္အနက္ ဟိုတယ္(၂၄၂)လံုး၊ အိပ္ခန္း (၁၃၇၀၉)ခန္းအား ၾကယ္ပြင့္အဆင့္အတန္း သတ္မွတ္ေပးႏိုင္ ခဲ့ပါေၾကာင္း၊ ရန္ကုန္ၿမိဳ႕၌ ၾကယ္ပြင့္အဆင့္မရေသးေသာ ဟိုတယ္မ်ားအေနျဖင့္ ၾကယ္ပြင့္အဆင့္ ရရိွ ေအာင္ ႀကိဳးပမ္းေဆာင္ရြက္ရန္ တိုက္တြန္းအားေပးျခင္း၊ ျပည္ပဧည့္သည္ တည္းခိုလက္ခံႏိုင္ေရး အတြက္ လက္ရိွဟိုတယ္အခန္းမ်ားကို အဆင့္ျမွင့္မြမ္းမံ၍ စြမ္းအားျပည့္လုပ္ငန္းလည္ပတ္ႏိုင္ေစရန္လည္း တြန္းအားေပးဆြဲေဆာင္ စည္းရံုးေဆာင္ရြက္လ်က္ရိွပါေၾကာင္း။

       ႏိုင္ငံတကာအဆင့္မီဟိုတယ္စီမံကိန္းမ်ား ေဖာ္ထုတ္ေဆာင္ရြက္မည့္ အေျခအေနႏွင့္ပတ္သက္၍ လက္ရိွကာလတြင္ ရန္ကုန္တိုင္းေဒသႀကီး၌ ဟိုတယ္(၁၉၀)လံုး၊ အခန္းေပါင္း(၈၀၅၃)ခန္း၊ မႏၱေလးတိုင္း ေဒသႀကီးတြင္ ဟိုတယ္ (၇၆)လံုး၊ အခန္းေပါင္း (၃၂၇၀)ခန္း၊ ပုဂံေဒသတြင္ ဟိုတယ္ (၇၅)လံုး၊ အခန္း ေပါင္း (၂၀၇၆)ခန္း၊ ေတာင္ႀကီး-အင္းေလးေဒသတြင္ ဟိုတယ္(၅၉)လံုး၊ အခန္းေပါင္း (၁၄၈၀)ခန္းသာ ရိွသျဖင့္ လက္ရိွတိုးတက္၀င္ေရာက္လာေသာ ဧည့္သည္အေရအတြက္အရ ဟိုတယ္မ်ားထပ္မံတိုးခ်ဲ႕ တည္ေဆာက္ရန္ လိုအပ္လ်က္ရွိေနပါေၾကာင္း။

       ႏိုင္ငံျခားဧည့္သည္ႏွင့္ ကမၻာလွည့္ခရီးသည္မ်ား အဆင္ေျပလြယ္ကူေစေရးအတြက္ အျခားႏိုင္ငံ မ်ားနည္းတူ Online System ျဖင့္ E-visa စနစ္ကို စမ္းသပ္ေဆာင္ရြက္ႏိုင္ရန္အတြက္ လုပ္ငန္းေဆာင္ရြက္မည့္အဖြဲ႕အား ႏိုင္ငံျခားဧည့္သည္၀င္ေရာက္မႈ အဆင္ေျပလြယ္ကူေရးေကာ္မတီ အဖြဲ႕၀င္မ်ားျဖစ္ၾကသည့္ ျပည္ထဲေရး၀န္ႀကီးဌာန (သတင္းတပ္ဖြဲ႕) ၊ ႏိုင္ငံျခားေရး၀န္ႀကီးဌာန၊ ဆက္သြယ္ေရး၊ စာတိုက္ႏွင့္ ေၾကးနန္း၀န္ႀကီးဌာန၊ လူ၀င္မႈႀကီးၾကပ္ေရးႏွင့္ ျပည္သူ႕အင္အား၀န္ႀကီးဌာန၊ ဟိုတယ္ႏွင့္ခရီးသြားလာေရး လုပ္ငန္း၀န္ႀကီးဌာနမ်ားျဖင့္ ပူးေပါင္းဖြဲ႕စည္းေဆာင္ရြက္ေစခဲ့ၿပီး E-visa စနစ္ေဆာင္ရြက္ရန္ Myanmar Ease Net ကုမၸဏီကို တာ၀န္ေပးအပ္ခဲ့ပါေၾကာင္း။

     ၀န္ႀကီးဌာနအေနျဖင့္ E-visa စနစ္ စတင္စမ္းသပ္ေဆာင္ရြက္ခြင့္ကိစၥရပ္မ်ားႏွင့္ ပတ္သက္၍ ႏိုင္ငံေတာ္သမၼတရံုးသို႕ ႏိုင္ငံျခားဧည့္သည္မ်ား ျမန္မာႏိုင္ငံသို႕လာေရာက္ရာတြင္ လံုၿခံဳမႈအရ ႀကိဳတင္စစ္ေဆး ၾကည့္ရႈၿပီးမွ ခြင့္ျပဳေပးႏိုင္သည့္ အီလက္ထေရာနစ္စနစ္အား အေျခခံေသာ ျပည္၀င္ ခြင့္ဗီဇာပံုစံ E-visa ကို စမ္းသပ္ေဆာင္ရြက္သည့္အခါ ပထမအဆင့္ ကမၻာလွည့္ခရီးသည္ ဗီဇာ၊ ဒုတိယအဆင့္ လုပ္ငန္းဗီဇာ၊ တတိယအဆင့္ လူမႈေရးဗီဇာ၊ စတုတၳအဆင့္ အျခားဗီဇာျဖင့္ ေဆာင္ရြက္သြားမည္ ျဖစ္ေၾကာင္း၊ ထိုသို႕ေဆာင္ရြက္ရာတြင္ E-visa မ်ားအား အဆင္ေျပေခ်ာေမြ႕စြာ ေဆာင္ရြက္ႏိုင္ရန္အတြက္ သက္ဆိုင္ရာ၀န္ႀကီးဌာနမ်ားႏွင့္ ညိွႏႈိင္းေဆာင္ရြက္ေပး ပါရန္ တင္ျပခဲ့ျခင္းအေပၚ Tourist Visa ကို အရင္စမ္းသပ္လုပ္ကိုင္ရန္ ခြင့္ျပဳခ်က္ရရိွခဲ့ၿပီးလည္းျဖစ္ ပါေၾကာင္း။

        ဟိုတယ္ႏွင့္ခရီးသြားလာေရးလုပ္ငန္းမ်ားေၾကာင့္ ျပည္တြင္း ျပည္ပရင္းႏွီးျမွဳပ္ႏွံမႈမ်ား တိုးတက္လာ သည္ႏွင့္အမွ် အလုပ္အကိုင္အခြင့္အလမ္းမ်ား တိုးျမွင့္ရရိွလာႏိုင္မည္ျဖစ္ရာ ေက်းလက္ေဒသဖြံ႕ၿဖိဳးေရး၊ ဆင္းရဲႏြမ္းပါးမႈေလ်ာ့ခ်ေရး၊ ႏိုင္ငံေတာ္ဖြံ႕ၿဖိဳးတိုးတက္ေရးတို႕အတြက္ အေထာက္အကူျပဳေဆာင္ရြက္ေပး လ်က္ရိွသျဖင့္ မိမိတို႕ႏွင့္သက္ဆိုင္သည့္ က်ရာအခန္းက႑မ်ားမွ ပူးေပါင္းကူညီေဆာင္ရြက္ေပး ၾကေစလို ေၾကာင္းျဖင့္ ေျပာၾကားသည္။

      ယင္းေနာက္ ေကာ္မတီဒုတိယဥကၠဌ ဒုတိယ၀န္ႀကီး ဦးေဌးေအာင္က ေကာ္မတီ၏ လုပ္ငန္း ေဆာင္ရြက္ ခ်က္မ်ားႏွင့္စပ္လ်ဥ္း၍ ရွင္းလင္းေဆြးေႏြးတင္ျပသည္။

  ထို႕ေနာက္ အစည္းအေ၀းသို႕တက္ေရာက္သတင္းရယူၾကသည့္ ျပည္တြင္းသတင္းမီဒီယာ မ်ား က ႏိုင္ငံျခားဧည့္သည္၀င္ေရာက္မႈ အဆင္ေျပလြယ္ကူေရးေကာ္မတီ၏ လုပ္ငန္းအေကာင္ အထည္ေဖာ္ ေဆာင္ရြက္ေနမႈမ်ားအေပၚ သိရိွလိုသည္မ်ားကိုေမးျမန္းရာ ႏိုင္ငံျခားဧည့္သည္၀င္ေရာက္မႈ အဆင္ေျပ လြယ္ကူေရးေကာ္မတီ ဥကၠဌ ျပည္ေထာင္စု၀န္ႀကီး ဦးတင့္ဆန္း၊ ေကာ္မတီ ဒုတိယဥကၠဌ ဒုတိယ၀န္ႀကီး ဦးေဌးေအာင္ႏွင့္ ေကာ္မတီအဖြဲ႕၀င္ လူ၀င္မႈႀကီးၾကပ္ေရးႏွင့္ ျပည္သူ႕အင္းအားဦးစီးဌာန ညႊန္ၾကားေရးမွဴး ခ်ဳပ္တို႕မွ ျပန္လည္ရွင္းလင္းေျဖၾကားခဲ့ေၾကာင္း သတင္းရရိွသည္။

     ဟိုတယ္ႏွင့္ခရီးသြားလာေရးလုပ္ငန္း၀န္ႀကီးဌာန၊ ဒုတိယ၀န္ႀကီး ဦးေဌးေအာင္သည္ ၂၀၁၂ခုႏွစ္၊ ေမလ (၁၅)ရက္ေန႕၊ နံနက္ (၁၀း၀၀)နာရီအခ်ိန္တြင္ ေညာင္ဦးခရိုင္၊ ေညာင္ဦးေလဆိပ္၌ ကမၻာလွည့္ ခရီးသည္မ်ား အဆင္ေျပလြယ္ကူစြာသြားလာႏိုင္ေရးအတြက္ အဆင့္ျမင့္ေမာ္ေတာ္ယာဥ္မ်ားျဖင့္ ၀န္ေဆာင္မႈျပဳမည့္ ပို႕ေဆာင္ေရးေမာ္ေတာ္ယာဥ္လိုင္း ဖြင့္ပြဲအခမ္းအနားသို႕ တက္ေရာက္အမွာ စကားေျပာၾကားကာ အခမ္းအနားကို ဖြင့္လွစ္ေပးခဲ့သည္။

     ဒုတိယ၀န္ႀကီးမွ အမွာစကားေျပာၾကားရာတြင္ ၂၀၁၁ခုႏွစ္တြင္ ပုဂံေဒသသို႕ ကမၻာလွည့္ခရီးသည္ လာေရာက္မႈမွာ ယခင္ႏွစ္မ်ားထက္ စံခ်ိန္တင္မ်ားျပားခဲ့ေၾကာင္း၊ ယခုႏွစ္ အဆန္းပိုင္းတြင္လည္း ဆက္လက္တိုးတက္လ်က္ရိွပါေၾကာင္း၊ ဧည့္သည္မ်ားျပားလာသည့္အတြက္ ၀န္ေဆာင္မႈလုပ္ငန္းမ်ား အားလံုး အလုပ္အကိုင္ေကာင္းမြန္ၾကေသာ္လည္း ၀န္ႏွင့္အား မွ်တစြာေဆာင္ရြက္ေပးႏိုင္ျခင္း၊ ဧည့္သည္ မ်ား စိတ္ခ်မ္းေျမ႕ေအာင္၀န္ေဆာင္မႈျပဳႏိုင္ျခင္း၊ မိမိ၏၀န္ေဆာင္မႈႏွင့္ ေတာင္းဆိုသည့္ေစ်းႏႈန္း သင့္တင့္မွ်တျခင္းတို႕မွာ လုပ္ငန္းေရရွည္ဖံြ႕ၿဖိဳးတိုးတက္ေရးႏွင့္ နာမည္ေကာင္းရရိွေရးတို႕တြင္ အထူး အေရးႀကီးေၾကာင္း၊ ကမၻာလွည့္ခရီးသည္လုပ္ငန္းတြင္ သယ္ယူပို႕ေဆာင္ေရးက႑မွာ အဓိကအခန္း က႑တစ္ခုအျဖစ္ပါ၀င္ပါေၾကာင္း၊ အထူးသျဖင့္ ခရီးသည္မ်ား ၿမိဳ႕တြင္းၿမိဳ႕ျ့ပင္သြားလာရာတြင္ အဆင့္မီ သစ္လြင္သည့္ ေမာ္ေတာ္ယာဥ္မ်ား၊ ယဥ္ေက်းပ်ဴငွာၿပီး ရိုးသားသည့္ယာဥ္ေမာင္းမ်ားႏွင့္အတူ ထိုက္သင့္ေသာ ေစ်းႏႈန္းမ်ားျဖင့္ ၀န္ေဆာင္မႈျပဳရန္လိုအပ္ပါေၾကာင္း၊ ဟိုတယ္ႏွင့္ခရီးသြားလာေရး လုပ္ငန္း၀န္ႀကီးဌာနသည္ ျမန္မာႏိုင္ငံ၏ အဓိကကမၻာလွည့္ခရီးစဥ္ေဒသျဖစ္သည့္ ပုဂံေဒသတြင္ ဟိုတယ္လုပ္ငန္း၊ စားေသာက္ဆိုင္လုပ္ငန္း၊ ပို႕ေဆာင္ေရးလုပ္ငန္း၊ ဧည့္လမ္းညႊန္လုပ္ငန္း၊ အမွတ္တရ ပစၥည္းထုတ္လုပ္ေရးလုပ္ငန္း၊ ရိွရင္းျပကြင္းျပကြက္မ်ား အဆင့္ျမွင့္တင္ေရးႏွင့္ ျပကြင္းျပကြက္အသစ္မ်ား ဖန္တီးေရးလုပ္ငန္းစသည္တို႕ကို တစ္စိုက္မတ္မတ္ႀကိဳးပမ္းေဖာ္ထုတ္ေပးလ်က္ရိွရာ ယေန႕က်င္းပျပဳ လုပ္သည့္ ကမၻာလွည့္ခရီးသည္ ပို႕ေဆာင္ေရးလုပ္ငန္းအပါအ၀င္ျဖစ္ပါေၾကာင္း၊ ပုဂံသို႕လာေရာက္သည့္ ကမၻာလွည့္ခရီးသည္မ်ား ေလဆိပ္သို႕ေရာက္ရိွသည့္အခ်ိန္မွစတင္၍ ေနထိုင္စဥ္ကာလတစ္ေလွ်ာက္ အဆင္ေျပစြာသြားလာႏိုင္ရန္ အဆင့္မီေမာ္ေတာ္ယာဥ္မ်ားျဖင့္ စတင္စီစဥ္ေပးျခင္းျဖစ္ပါေၾကာင္း၊ လုပ္ငန္းစတင္ခ်ိန္တြင္ ၀န္ႀကီးဌာန လက္ေအာက္ရိွ ျမန္မာ့ခရီးသြားလုပ္ငန္းမွ ပို႕ေဆာင္ေရးယာဥ္ႏွင့္ အျခားတိုင္းရင္းသားလုပ္ငန္းရွင္မ်ား၏ ယာဥ္မ်ားျဖင့္ ကနဦးစတင္လုပ္ကိုင္ေပးျခင္းျဖစ္ပါေၾကာင္း ၊ ေနာင္တြင္ အမ်ားပိုင္အဖြဲ႕အစည္းတစ္ခုအျဖစ္ စနစ္တက်ထူေထာင္လုပ္ကိုင္ႏိုင္ေအာင္ ပံ့ပိုးကူညီေပး မည္ျဖစ္ပါေၾကာင္း ရွင္းလင္းေျပာၾကားသည္။

          ဆက္လက္၍ ပို႕ေဆာင္ေရးေမာ္ေတာ္ယာဥ္မ်ားသာမက ပုဂံေဒသတြင္ ျမင္းလွည္းမ်ား၊ ပဲ့ခ်ိတ္ စက္ေလွမ်ားကို ယခုကဲ့သို႕စနစ္တက်ေျပးဆြဲေပးမည့္အစီအစဥ္ႏွင့္ ကမၻာလွည့္ခရီးသည္မ်ားအား အကူ အညီေပးႏိုင္ရန္ ျပန္ၾကားေရးေကာင္တာ ဖြင့္လွစ္ထားမႈအေျခအေနမ်ားကို ျမန္မာ့ဟိုတယ္ႏွင့္ခရီးသြား လုပ္ငန္း ဦးေဆာင္ညႊန္ၾကားေရးမွဴးက ရွင္းလင္းတင္ျပသည္။ ထို႕ေနာက္ ဒုတိယ၀န္ႀကီးႏွင့္ ခရိုင္ အုပ္ခ်ဳပ္ေရးမွဴးတို႕က အခမ္းအနားကို ဖဲႀကိဳးျဖတ္ဖြင့္လွစ္ေပးၿပီး ေျပးဆြဲမည့္ ေမာ္ေတာ္ယာဥ္မ်ားကို ၾကည့္ရႈအားေပးသည္။ ဆက္လက္၍ ေညာင္ဦးေလဆိပ္အတြင္းရိွ ျပန္ၾကားေရးေကာင္တာကို ၾကည့္ရႈကာ လိုအပ္သည္မ်ားမွာၾကားကာ ေညာင္ဦးၿမိဳ႕တြင္းရိွ ျပန္ၾကားေရးေကာင္တာအသစ္ကို ဖြင့္လွစ္ေပးပါသည္။

          မြန္းလြဲပိုင္းတြင္ ပုဂံေညာင္ဦးေဒသရိွ ဟိုတယ္လုပ္ငန္းရွင္မ်ားႏွင့္ မန္ေနဂ်ာမ်ားအား လုပ္ငန္းမ်ား စနစ္တက်ရွင္သန္ဖြံ႕ၿဖိဳးတိုးတက္ေရးႏွင့္စပ္လ်ဥ္း၍ အက်ယ္တ၀င့္မွာၾကားခဲ့ေၾကာင္း သတင္းရရိွသည္။

            Under the auspices of Ministry of Hotels and Tourism, Basic Customer  Service Course (4/2012) was opened by Myanmar Restaurants Association  (MRA) at Golden Hill Restaurant  in Thabyae Ghone Market at 9 am on 14 May and Union Minister for Hotels and  Tourism  and for Sports U Tint Hsan delivered an opening  address.

              Delivering the address, Union Minister said that the objectives of the Ministry of Hotels and Tourism Include   organizing workshops, seminors, travel shows in order to be systematic development of the quality, standard and technical skill of the hotels and tourism industry. He noted that this course was conducted   with   the aim of   upgrading   customer   services at   restaurants  in Nay Pyi Taw Zone. Basic  Customer  Service  Course  (1/2011) and (2/2011) were completed  by 60 trainees  each in  Nay  Pyi Taw  zone , (3/2011) by 40  Trainees in Bagan zone. In  addition,  Basic Customer  Service Course (4/2012) will  be completed  by 61 trainees and next batch will be opened in June.The Ministry has arranged to open Basic  Customer  Service Course in  Yangon, Mandalay, Bagan and Taunggyi  twice  during this year. As  one  of the ministries  supporting  the national economy, the ministry of Hotels &Tourism  supervises Myanmar  Tourism Board (MTB) and its  11 associations to  upgrade  not  only hotels and tourism  services but  also customer services at restaurants  to  catch  up international  standard . MRA is one of the 11 associations under MTB. He continued that the new government since its assumption of duties has been undertaking a series of reforms and developments by international cooperation. According to Pacific Asia Travel Association (PATA),  Myanmar will be the highest in rate for tourism business development in 2012 and this year  tourist arrival  is up to 25% than that of the previous year.

              Moreover, Myanmar is  scheduled to hold  BIMSTEC  Summit in 2012, the 27^th SEA Games in 2013,  ASEAN  Summit  in  2014, ASEAN Ministerial  meeting and related meetings and  ASEAN Travel  Show in  2015 as host country. He added that  it  is  necessary to put efforts in all aspects for sustainable developments  of human  resources for HR sector which is one of the 9 priority sectors laid down by GMS meeting held on  28 December  last year. He urged all the trainees to upgrade  and  update their abilities by grasping at  this opportunity. He added that all the trainees are to follow the disciplines, pay attention on all  subjects both theoretically and practically and offer high quality services in their assigned hotels. Finally, he called for the trainees to raise the image of their restaurants and prestige of the Nation by offering the best services for customers.

              Then, Deputy Minister for Hotels and Tourism U Htay Aung, Secretary U Kyaw Myat Moe of MRA and Managing Director U Hla Htay of  Myanmar Hotels and Tourism  services explained respectively about this training.

              Altogether 61 trainees will attend the one week course. Also present on the occasion were the Deputy Minister, Director General, the Managing Director, Head of Office and senior departmental officials, Chairman of  Nay Pyi Taw hotel  zone, Secretary of MRA , restaurant  entrepreneurs  in Nay Pyi Taw zone and the trainees.

         Ministry of Hotels and Tourism has invited investors to do more investment in the hotels and tourism sector, pledging its assistance for them, said Union Minister for Hotels and Tourism U Tint Hsan at the meeting with a 15-member Singaporean business delegation at his officer here yesterday.

          The Union Minister has thanked the 15-member delegation led by Mr Tan Soon Kin, Group Director (Southeast Asia Group) of International Enterprise (IE) Singapore Business Development Trip to Myanmar for their interest in the hotels and tourism sector in Myanmar, saying that the country has attracted tourists thanks to the reforms, peace and stability after the new government took office.

        Myanmar offers a unique all-year round trips as it has tourist attractions including snow-capped mountains, cruises, lakes on highland, mountain ranges, beaches and archipelagos, he added.

            Tourist arrival to Myanmar has increased from between 600 and 700 a day last year to 1500 today.

             The ministry has been upgrading basic infrastructures and improving services for the tourism sector as it is getting off the ground in the country, he said.

            The foreign investment plays an important role in development of the tourism sector in Myanmar and there are 31 hotels which have a total capacity of 5145 rooms invested by foreign countries hitting a total investment of US$ 855.92 million, the union minister said.

Five projects for the tourism sector are still under construction, he added.

Singapore is the top in the list of foreign investment in Myanmar.

             Mr Tan Soon Kin pledged that they will cooperate with the ministry for development of the hotels and tourism sector in Myanmar.

           The meeting was also attended by representatives from International Enterprise (IE) Singapore Cathay Cineplexes Pte Ltd, Kepple Land International Limited, Kheng Leong Co Ltd, Master Consult Services Pte Ltd, Park Hotel Group, Pontiac Land Group, Rajah & Tann LLP and UOL Group Limited.

        Union Minister for Hotels and Tourism and for Sports U Tint Hsan received Senior Vice-President Mr Robert Yang of East Asia and South West Pacific Qatar Airways, Manager Mr Joegendra Charies Rajadurai based in Myanmar, Cambodia and Thailand and party at his office here this morning.

           The meeting focused on Doha-Yangon-Yangon flights to be flown by A-319 and A-320 of Qatar Airways thrice a week as of 3 October this year and daily starting 25 days later and extensive flying of B-777 if with increased demand.

         The Union Minister welcomed the launching of flight schedule, saying his ministry is aiming the development of Myanmar’s tourism sector and suggesting Qatar Airways to manage direct flights to Ngapali (Thandwe), Heho and Bagan.

         The meeting was also attended by Deputy Minister U Htay Aung, the directorsgeneral, the managing director, the head of office and senior departmental officials.

          Union Minister for the Ministry of Hotels and Tourism U Tint Hsan received Secretary General Dr.Taleb Rifai and Regional Director Mr.Xu Jing for Asia and the Pacific of United Nations World Tourism Organisation (UNWTO) and hosted dinner in honor of them at Myat Taw Win Hotel, here, yesterday evening.

          On the occasion, Secretary General Dr.Taleb Rifai said that tourism plays a vital role in Myanmar and United Nations World Tourism Organisation is on standby  to cooperate with Myanmar in Tourism sector. Regional development and cooperative sector will get results only when concerted efforts are being made in tourism sector. UNWTO will assist Myanmar with three means for the sake of  its tourism sector. The first one is to assign experts from UNWTO to examine tourism educational condition and giving certificates for Myanmar Tourism Training Schools. The second is to train representatives from Ministry of Hotels and Tourism at UNWTO Headquarter for about one or two months. The third one is to send professionals to Myanmar to organize workshops and trainings for Public and Private sector. He added that infrastructure development and tourism marketing is also significant for tourism industry. At the present time, Myanmar has been noticed by the world and measures need to be taken to be well known Myanmar .

          Union Minister in his discussion said that Tourism Research and Development is crucial to the success of Myanmar tourism industry. As a result, he wish UNWTO to render assistant for Myanmar tourism development. He added that tourism is one of the important sectors for economic development and he recognize positive and negative impacts of tourism.  He noted that tourism is one of the businesses for poverty alleviation and he encourage business personnel by giving business opportunities in tourism sector.

          Then, Union Minister hosted dinner in honor of Secretary General Dr.Taleb Rifai  and  Mr.Xu Jing, Regional Director for Asia and the Pacific of United Nations World Tourism Organisation (UNWTO )  at the Dinning Room of  Myat Taw Win Hotel.
