1. Being a cultural as well as an eco-tourism site, Inlay Lake in the Southern Shan State of Myanmar has achieved significant tourism growth from time to time. As a result, it becomes very important to pay substantive attention to the conservation tasks that support sustainable development of Inlay Lake and its environs.
2. To fullfil this purpose, the Inlay Lake Zoning Fees has been decided to increase from USD 5 to USD 10 per tourist with effect from 1 October 2013.
3. In order to appropriately and systematically use of the collected zoning fees, the Government of Shan State shall form a Budget Committee which comprises the following repesentatives:
(a) Group of Representatives led by Chief Minister of Shan State;
(b) Representatives from the concerned Ministries (Ministry of Environmental Conservation and Forestry, Ministry of Hotels and Tourism);
(c) Local Representatives (Patrons of townspeople);
(d) Respective Representative(s) of Hluttaw (Parliament);
(e) A Chairperson each from Local Hotel Zone, Union of Myanmar Travel Association and Union of Myanmar Tourist Guide Association;
(f) Representatives recommended by Chief Minister of Shan State (If necessary)
4. The Budget Committee shall take the following responsibilities:
(a) The Government of Shan State shall collect the zoning fees and control the budget in a transparent manner;
(b) The Budget Committee will discuss the work plan to use the budget and the amount of budget to be spent for the agreed activities;
(c) The Committee shall take the responsibility mentioned in (b) with the approval of Chief Minister of Shan State;
(d) The Committee shall open a saving account at Myanmar Economic Bank and control the saving systematically;
(e) The Committee shall keep financial documents on budgetary status systematically which shall be audited;
(f) The Committee shall submit a quaterly report on the work done and the future work plan to the higher authority
5. The budget allocation will be prioritized to the following tasks:
(a) to support sustainable development of Inlay Lake and its environs;
(b) to enhance the social welfare of the community;
(c) to promote Inlay Lake as an attractive tourist destination

အင္းေလးကန္ ဇုန္၀င္ေၾကးတုိးျမႇင့္ ေကာက္ခံျခင္း
၁။ ရွမ္းျပည္နယ္၊ အင္းေလးေဒသတြင္ ဟိုတယ္ႏွင့္ခရီးသြားလုပ္ငန္းမ်ား ဖြံ႕ၿဖိဳးတိုးတက္လာသည္ႏွင့္ အမွ် အင္းေလးကန္ ေရရွည္တည္တံ့ေရး အေထာက္အကူျပဳလုပ္ငန္းမ်ားကို ပုိမိုဂရုျပဳ ေဆာင္ရြက္ႏိုင္ေစ ရန္ အတြက္ အင္းေလးေဒသဇုန္၀င္ေၾကး သတ္မွတ္ျခင္းကို တိုးျမႇင့္သြားမည္ျဖစ္ပါသည္။
၂။ ထုိ႔အတြက္ ၂၀၁၃ ခုႏွစ္၊ ေအာက္တုိဘာလ (၁)ရက္ေန႔မွစတင္၍ အင္းေလးေဒသဇုန္၀င္ေၾကး အား ႏိုင္ငံျခားဧည့္သည္တစ္ဦးလွ်င္ အေမရိကန္ေဒၚလာ (၅)ေဒၚလာ မွ (၁၀)ေဒၚလာ သို႔ တိုးျမႇင့္ သတ္မွတ္သြားပါ မည္။
၃။ အဆိုပါ၀င္ေငြကို အက်ိဳးရွိစြာႏွင့္ စနစ္တက်ေဆာင္ရြက္ႏိုင္ေရးအတြက္ ရွမ္းျပည္နယ္အစိုးရအဖြဲ႕ သည္ ေအာက္ပါေကာ္မတီတစ္ရပ္ဖြဲ႕စည္း၍ တာ၀န္ယူ ေဆာင္ရြက္သြားပါမည္-
(က) ျပည္နယ္အစိုးရအဖြဲ႕ ၀န္ႀကီးခ်ဳပ္ ဦးစီးေသာ ကိုယ္စားလွယ္အဖြဲ႕၊
(ခ ) သက္ဆိုင္ရာ၀န္ႀကီးဌာနမွ ကိုယ္စားလွယ္မ်ား (ပတ္၀န္းက်င္ထိန္းသိမ္းေရးနွင့္ သစ္ေတာေရး ရာ၀န္ႀကီးဌာန၊ ဟိုတယ္ႏွင့္ခရီးသြားလာေရးလုပ္ငန္း၀န္ႀကီးဌာန)
(ဂ ) ေဒသခံကိုယ္စားလွယ္ (ၿမိဳ႕မိၿမိဳ႕ဖ)၊
(ဃ) သက္ဆုိင္ရာလႊတ္ေတာ္ကိုယ္စားလွယ္၊
(င ) ေဒသခံဟိုတယ္ဇုန္၊ ခရီးသြားလုပ္ငန္းရွင္မ်ားအသင္းႏွင့္ ဧည့္လမ္းညႊန္မ်ားအသင္းတို႔မွ ဥကၠဌ တစ္ဦးစီ၊
(စ ) လိုအပ္ပါက ျပည္နယ္အစုိးရအဖြဲ႕ ၀န္ႀကီးခ်ဳပ္၏ အစီအစဥ္ျဖင့္ ျဖည့္စြက္ဖြဲ႕စည္းႏိုင္ပါသည္။
၄။ အင္းေလးေဒသဇုန္၀င္ေၾကး ဘ႑ာေငြထိန္းသိမ္းေရးေကာ္မတီ၏ လုပ္ငန္းတာ၀န္မ်ား မွာ ေအာက္ပါအတိုင္းျဖစ္ပါသည္-
(က) ဇုန္၀င္ေၾကးဘ႑ာေငြမ်ားကို ရွမ္းျပည္နယ္အစုိးရအဖြဲ႕မွ တာ၀န္ယူထိန္းသိမ္းေဆာင္ရြက္ရန္၊
(ခ ) ဇုန္၀င္ေၾကးဘ႑ာေငြျဖင့္ သံုးစြဲမည့္လုပ္ငန္း၊ သံုးစြဲမည့္ေငြေၾကးပမာဏကို ေကာ္မတီအဖြဲ႕မွ ညႇိႏွိဳင္းေဆြးေႏြး ေဆာင္ရြက္ရန္၊
(ဂ ) ေဆာင္ရြက္မည့္လုပ္ငန္းအစီအစဥ္ႏွင့္ သံုးစြဲမည့္ေငြေၾကးပမာဏကို ရွမ္းျပည္နယ္အစိုးရအဖြဲ႕ ၀န္ႀကီးခ်ဳပ္၏ ခြင့္ျပဳခ်က္ရယူေဆာင္ရြက္ရန္၊
(ဃ) ဇုန္၀င္ေၾကးဘ႑ာေငြကို ျမန္မာ့စီးပြားေရးဘဏ္တြင္ ေငြစာရင္းဖြင့္လွစ္၍ စနစ္တက် ထိန္းသိမ္း ေဆာင္ရြက္ရန္၊
(င ) လုပ္ငန္းအလိုက္ ဘ႑ာေငြသံုးစြဲမႈမ်ားကို စာရင္းအင္းမ်ား စနစ္တက်ထားရွိၿပီး စာရင္းစစ္ အဖြဲ႕မွ စစ္ေဆးမႈခံယူႏိုင္သည္အထိ စနစ္တက်ေဆာင္ရြက္ရန္၊
(စ ) လုပ္ငန္းေဆာင္ရြက္မႈအေျခအေနမ်ားကို အထက္ဌာနသို႔ (၃)လတစ္ႀကိမ္ အစီရင္ခံတင္ျပရန္၊
၅။ ရရွိေသာဘ႑ာေငြကို ေအာက္ပါလုပ္ငန္းရပ္မ်ားတြင္ ဦးစားေပးသံုးစြဲသြားမည္ျဖစ္ပါသည္-
(က) အင္းေလးကန္ေရရွည္ တည္တံ့ခိုင္ၿမဲေရး အေထာက္အကူျပဳလုပ္ငန္းမ်ား၊
(ခ ) လူမႈအဖြဲ႕အစည္း အက်ိဳးျပဳမည့္လုပ္ငန္းမ်ား၊
(ဂ ) အင္းေလးခရီးစဥ္ေဒသ ျမႇင့္တင္ေရးဆုိင္ရာလုပ္ငန္းမ်ား၊
