Coordination meeting was held at Ruby hall of the Ministry of Hotels and Tourism with an address by Union Minister U Tint Hsan. Also present at the meeting were Deputy Minister U Htay Aung, Director General U Aung Zaw Win, Managing Director U Hla Htay, departmental heads and regional departmental heads under the Ministry of Hotels and Tourism.
Speaking at the meeting, Union Minister U Tint Hsan said that departmental heads and regional departmental heads are necessary to observe main goals and responsibilities of the Ministry and they can consider and accomplish new ways to meet their targets. Increasing rooms and uplifting Hotels, convenience in transportation business, giving services by tour guides in line with the rules, organizing trainings for uplifting of service skill of staffs from Hotels and restaurants, development of new interesting trips and revealing new destinations are the main tasks of the Ministry. It is necessary to implement swiftly them by arranging plans for getting success. He pointed out that increasing income of the Ministry, agriculture, and animal husbandry, arrangements for Social Welfare of Government personal are carried out and to refrain from bribery.
Both departmental heads and regional departmental heads from Directorate of Hotels and Tourism and Myanmar Hotels and Tourism Services explained their charges in details and Director General and Managing Director gave necessary guidelines respectively.
Then, responsible persons of Minister’s office accounted for completed work and follow-up plans. After that, Deputy Minister reviewed the matters which were presented and union Minister also gave necessary instructions.

ျပည္ေထာင္စု၀န္ႀကီးမွ အမွာစကားေျပာၾကားရာတြင္ ယခုအစည္းအေ၀းသို႕ တက္ေရာက္ လာၾက ေသာ လုပ္ငန္းဌာနအလိုက္ တာ၀န္ခံအရာရိွမ်ား၊ ေဒသအလိုက္ နယ္ရံုးခြဲတာ၀န္ခံအရာရိွမ်ားအေနျဖင့္ ၀န္ႀကီးဌာန၏ အဓိက ရည္မွန္းခ်က္တာ၀န္မ်ားကို သိရိွရန္လိုအပ္ေၾကာင္း၊ ထိုကဲ့သို႕သိရိွမွသာ မိမိတို႕ ထမ္းေဆာင္ရမည့္တာ၀န္ကို ေသခ်ာစြာသိရိွၿပီး လုပ္ငန္းေအာင္ျမင္ေအာင္ နည္းလမ္းမ်ားကို စဥ္းစားႀကံဆ ေဆာင္ရြက္ႏိုင္မည္ျဖစ္ေၾကာင္း၊ ဦးတည္ခ်က္လုပ္ငန္းတာ၀န္မ်ားအနက္ ဟိုတယ္မ်ား အဆင့္ျမင့္မား၍ အခန္းအေရအတြက္ တိုးပြားေရး၊ သယ္ယူပို႕ေဆာင္ေရးကိစၥမ်ား အဆင္ေျပေရး၊ ဧည့္လမ္းညႊန္မ်ား၊ စည္းကမ္းတက်ျဖင့္ ဧည့္၀န္ေဆာင္မႈေပးႏိုင္ေရး၊ ဟိုတယ္ႏွင့္စားေသာက္ဆိုင္ ၀န္ထမ္းမ်ား ၀န္ေဆာင္မႈေကာင္းမြန္ေစေရးအတြက္ သင္တန္းမ်ားသင္ၾကားပို႕ခ်ေပးေရး၊ ႏိုင္ငံျခား သားမ်ားစိတ္ပါ၀င္စားမည့္ ခရီးစဥ္မ်ားျဖစ္လာေအာင္ မြမ္းမံျပင္ဆင္ျခင္းႏွင့္ ထပ္မံအသစ္ေဖာ္ထုတ္ျခင္း လုပ္ငန္းမ်ား ေဆာင္ရြက္ေပးေရးစသည့္လုပ္ငန္းစဥ္မ်ားသည္ အဓိကက်ေၾကာင္း၊ ၄င္းလုပ္ငန္းတာ၀န္ မ်ားကို လ်င္ျမန္စြာအေကာင္အထည္ေဖာ္ႏိုင္ေရးအတြက္ ၀ိုင္း၀န္းႀကံဆႀကိဳးစားေဆာင္ရြက္သြားရန္ လိုအပ္ေၾကာင္း၊ မိမိဌာနအလိုက္ လုပ္ငန္းတာ၀န္မ်ားကို ထမ္းေဆာင္ရာတြင္ ျပင္ပပုဂၢလိကလုပ္ငန္းရွင္ တစ္ဦးကဲ့သို႕ ေအာင္ျမင္မႈရရိွေအာင္ မည္ကဲ့သို႕ေဆာင္ရြက္မည္ကို နည္းလမ္း(၁/ ၂/ ၃)အစီအစဥ္ေရးဆြဲ ၍ ေဆာင္ရြက္သြားရန္လိုအပ္ေၾကာင္း ၊ ၀န္ႀကီးဌာန၏ ၀င္ေငြတိုးတက္ရွာေဖြေရး၊ စိုက္ပ်ိဳး/ေမြးျမဴေရး လုပ္ငန္းမ်ားျဖင့္ ၀န္ထမ္းသက္သာ ေခ်ာင္ခ်ိေရးအား ေဆာင္ရြက္ေပးႏိုင္ေရးႏွင့္ လာဘ္ေပးလာဘ္ယူမႈ ကင္းရွင္းေရးစသည္တို႕အား အက်ယ္တ၀င့္ ရွင္းလင္းမွာၾကားခဲ့ပါသည္။
၄င္းေနာက္ အစည္းအေ၀းသို႕တက္ေရာက္လာေသာ ဟိုတယ္ႏွင့္ခရီးသြားညႊန္ၾကားမႈဦးစီးဌာန၊ အဆင့္ အလိုက္ အရာထမ္းမ်ားႏွင့္ ေဒသရံုးခြဲတာ၀န္ခံမ်ားမွ အေသးစိတ္ေဆြးေႏြးတင္ျပၾကၿပီး ညႊန္ၾကားေရး မွဴးခ်ဳပ္ မွ လိုအပ္သည္မ်ားကို ျဖည့္စြက္ေဆြးေႏြးတင္ျပပါသည္။
ဆက္လက္၍ ျမန္မာ့ဟိုတယ္ႏွင့္ခရီးသြားလုပ္ငန္းအဆင့္အလိုက္ အရာထမ္းမ်ားႏွင့္ ရံုးခြဲတာ၀န္ခံ မ်ားမွ အေသးစိတ္ေဆြးေႏြးတင္ျပၿပီး ဦးေဆာင္ညႊန္ၾကားေရးမွဴးမွ လိုအပ္သည္မ်ားကို ျဖည့္စြက္ေဆြးေႏြး တင္ျပပါသည္။ ၄င္းေနာက္ ျပည္ေထာင္စု၀န္ႀကီးရံုးမွ ရံုးအဖြဲ႕မွဴးႏွင့္ ဒုတိယရံုးအဖြဲ႕မွဴး (သတင္းမွတ္တမ္း ဌာန)တို႕မွ ေဆြးေႏြးတင္ျပပါသည္။ ၄င္းေနာက္ ဌာနအလိုက္ေဆြးေႏြးတင္ျပခ်က္မ်ားအေပၚ ဒုတိယ ၀န္ႀကီးမွ သံုးသပ္ေဆြးေႏြးတင္ျပသည္။ ၄င္းေနာက္ အစည္းအေ၀းတက္ေရာက္လာၾကသူမ်ား၏ ဌာန အလိုက္ ေဆြးေႏြးတင္ျပခ်က္မ်ားအေပၚ ျပည္ေထာင္စု၀န္ႀကီးမွ လိုအပ္သည္မ်ား ျဖည့္စြက္လမ္းညႊန္ မွာၾကားခဲ့ၿပီး အစည္းအေ၀းအား ရုတ္သိမ္းလိုက္ေၾကာင္းသတင္းရရိွသည္။
